Account Suspension

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time. By using paid features, you agree to:

Parse valuations are suitable for:

When to Seek Professional Appraisal

Certified appraisal is recommended for:

Parse provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

• Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Any warranties regarding the security or privacy of data transmission

Maximum Liability

In no event shall Parse's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to Parse in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Jurisdictional Variations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parse, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

Termination by Parse

Effect of Termination
